Overview of Job

Our landscaping bed maintenance crew does full property cleanups, installs mulch, and is the overflow for weekly mowing. On a cleanup job, we will remove weeds, prune bushes, and install mulch. This crew also is the backup plan for our weekly mowing for rain weeks and when they just need an extra hand.

Main Responsibilities

Drive company truck and trailer safely throughout town. Identify plants and how to care for them. Use gas hedge trimmers and chainsaws for trimming vegetation. Hand pruning with hand shears and long loopers. Pulling and spraying weeds and applying pre emergent. Operated commercial size mowers, push mowers, trimmers, and blowers for occasional mowing. Working through a variety of weather conditions like: great spring weather, hot humid summer days, cold snow days in the winter, and wet rain days on occasion. Physical work involving lift bags of grass, moving branches, and physically moving throughout properties all day.

We want driven folks who will pull their own weight and be willing to help anyone on the team finish strong. Experience is great and highly valued, but as long as you have a good attitude and are willing to learn we can train you too. Attention to detail from how a lawn looks, to avoiding obstacles and damage.

Weekly pay on Thursdays through direct deposit. 401k match up to 3% Profit sharing. Schedule & Compensation

Work Days Mon - Friday 35-45 hours per week Generally 9 hour days dependent on the weather. On Rainy weeks work days can change to ensure our route is finished Pay range is generally $20-$24/hr, but no limit to those with experience and great attitudes. Weekly pay on Thursdays.
