Job Positions: Landscaping: Foreman, and installers at all experience levels for full-time and full-season only. Not hiring for summer-only work.
Natural Endeavors is a full-service landscape company that has a strong focus on a variety of high-end residential hardscapes and is hiring immediately.

We are looking for the best! I\'m a working foreman myself and would like to discuss the position and what you\'re looking for in a job/company.
Company Details:
- Workdays are Monday-Friday. No Saturday or weekend work is required, but available if wanted.
- Work starts at 7 am, and typically ends around 5 pm.
- Wages, benefits, and incentives are based on experience. Year-end bonus based on company profits.
- Flexibility for vacations, family schedules, and time off. No weekend or holiday work schedules.
- Paid holidays, retirement, and profit-sharing/bonuses.
- 29 years in the industry
Job Compensation Details:
- Hardscape Landscaper/Foreman $30-$46/hr, or salary based on skill level.
- Some professional landscaping with construction experience: $23-$28/Hr.
Job Details:
- Hiring Immediately: We are looking for the best and we pay the best! Only looking for full-time, full-year labor at this time. Not hiring for summer-only work.
What you will be building/learn to build with Natural Endeavors:
- Paver and Natural stone patios.
- Block and natural stone retaining walls.
- Pool decks and high-end outdoor living areas that combine patio, seating walls, structures, fire, bars, golf greens, outdoor lighting, etc.
- Plantings and finishing touches complement our hardscape.
What you won\'t be doing with Natural Endeavors:
- Mowing grass, pruning shrubs, or other maintenance work.
- Installing irrigation systems.
- Installing sod, planting, or shoveling rock every day.
- 90 percent of our work is hardscape focused.
Qualifications:
- Experience and knowledge in landscaping practices and equipment (Foreman).
- Ability to learn and apply new techniques rapidly.
- Be to work on time.
- Be respectful/safe to all employees, clients, and their property at all times.
- Need to be in good physical health/shape. This is a physical labor job.
- Be able to work M-F, 7 am-5 pm consistently.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift to 75 LBS.
