HIRING SPRING 2026 Mid March start date
Lawnsmith landscape construction is growing and we're looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining residential and commercial lawns and landscapes.
We are Hiring for 3-5 positions for the spring 2026 landscape season (mid march depending on weather). We are looking for landscape foremans and crew members.
Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and blowing Maintain landscaping beds: weeding, mulching, and trimming shrubs Participate in hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Lawn renovations, aerating, seeding ect.
Experience
Previous experience in landscape maintenance, especially mowing is preferred but willing to teach the right candidate Familiarity with wright stander mowers is preferred A strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Willingness to learn new skills related to lawn care and hardscape installations. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
