Role & Responsibilities

Operate various equipment and hand tools to perform daily landscaping tasks. Ensure proper hydration of lawns, trees, and plants using appropriate watering techniques. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces, including sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots. Plan and cultivate lawns, turfs, or gardens in line with landscaping designs. Distribute topsoil and/or straw over newly seeded areas. Apply fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides as needed. Install new landscaping materials and specialty features. Trim plant material as necessary for installation. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Understanding of basic landscaping practices and procedures. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work efficiently, thoroughly, and follow directions. Experience operating power equipment and hand tools for landscaping. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 40 pounds. Must be at least 18 years of age.
