Salmon Falls Nursery & Landscaping is a renowned local company, dedicated provider of beautiful landscapes and hardscapes for our esteemed clients. We are currently in search of a highly motivated, diligent, and reliable Landscape Crew Members to join our growing professional install team(s), with projects primarily focused on Residential property landscape construction. In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing our customers' visions to life through meticulous coordination of hardscape and landscape projects. Responsibilities

Assist with landscape installations, including sod, irrigation, hardscape, and planting projects

Follow safety procedures and use equipment properly to prevent injuries and property damage

Maintain clean, organized job sites before, during, and after work

Identify and report plant health issues, irrigation problems, or safety hazards to supervisors

Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule

Communicate professionally with supervisors, crew members, and clients when needed

Perform basic equipment maintenance and report mechanical issues

Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow removal (if applicable), and clean-ups

Qualifications

~1 year of general landscaping construction projects and/or teams Ability to lift over 50 pounds Proficiency and/or willingness to learn how to safely operate standard landscaping machinery (excavators / skid steers / loaders) Valid driver's license Consistent, reliable attendance record Comfortable working in diverse weather conditions

Experience and License Requirements

Customer Service/Communication Small Crew / Team Collaboration Teamwork Skills Valid Drivers License(s) DOT Medical Card (Company Can Assist in Acquiring if Necessary)


Offered compensation: $20/hr - $25/hr
