. The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, ensuring high-quality service, strong client relationships, and smooth coordination between crews, operations, and management.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned maintenance and enhancement clients
Conduct regular site visits to assess quality, identify opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction
Develop and present enhancement proposals and estimates
Coordinate with operations teams to schedule and execute work efficiently
Monitor budgets, job costs, and profitability for assigned accounts
Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally
Support team development and uphold company standards for quality and safety
Qualifications:
Minimum
3 years of experience
in landscape account management or related role
Strong horticultural knowledge and understanding of landscape maintenance and enhancement practices
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
