Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Lab Assistant, you will support the lab team in a variety of functions including phlebotomy and specimen processing. You will provide clinical support as well as administrative support to all areas of the lab.

\xc2\xb7 You will receive and process specimen samples.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare samples for testing using various lab equipment.

\xc2\xb7 You will prepare and maintain lab records.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure cleanliness of all lab areas and lab equipment

REQUIREMENTS

\xc2\xb7 High School Diploma or equivalent

\xc2\xb7 Phlebotomy training

\xc2\xb7 ASCP/ASPT Phlebotomy certification preferred

\xc2\xb7 Previous phlebotomy experience and specimen handling preferred
