Job Summary Provide support in building strategic content, governance, and collaboration templates to develop scalable processes within the Knowledge Management Ecosystem. Support the identification of knowledge gaps through monitoring knowledge tools, analyzing content usage and engaging SMEs/user groups. Support the end-to-end content process from content identification to content creation and updating. In-depth experience in knowledge intensive environments and understand how process, people and content intersect.
