Kitchen Utility Worker
Job Description
Suffield Academy is seeking a dependable and energentic Part Time/Temporary Kitchen Utility worker to support our food service operations. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe and efficient kitchen enviroment for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
assist with basic food preparation tasks
wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
clean and sanitize workstations, floors, and prep areas
help with receiving, organizing and storing supplies
set up and break down meal service areas
support kitchen staff with daily tasks as needed.
follow proper food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications:
reliable, punctual and able to work independently
strong attention to cleanliness and safety
ability to work in a fast paced environment
prior kitchen experience is helpful but not required
