As a HOH Team Member, you will support the kitchen team, assemble food orders quickly and accurately, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile. Team members are positional leaders who create remarkable experiences for guests. Team members report to team leaders, shift leaders, and Managers.
Chick-fil-A Standards and Recipes
  • Follows standards, recipes, and systems
  • Follows positional excellence expectations (Training Checklist)
  • Follows and executes positional cleanliness and organizational safety standards (Restaurant Checklists)
Create Genuine Connection with Guests
  • Creates genuine interactions (CORE 4, HEARD Model, Language of Hospitality) Goes above and beyond in caring for guests (2nd Mile Service)
  • Work with a sense of urgency and thinks of guests first
Work Together
  • Supports Team Leaders, Asst. Managers, and Managers in daily operations
  • Checks restaurant communications (Team Slack)
  • Manages personal availability, requests, and schedule; reliably attends shift on time and prepared to serve (Hot Schedules)
  • Communicates to Team Leaders or Managers for solving operational opportunities that affect the guest experience

Minimum Requirements of a Team Member

  • Available to work at least 2 days per week and 1 day on the weekend
  • Available to work at least a Friday or Saturday each week


REQUIREMENTS

  • Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently

In 2004 our Owner/Operator, Lauren Nelson, began her journey with Chick-fil-A as a team member at Chick-fil-A Oakwood Shopping Center at fourteen years old. After college, Lauren began working on the leadership team at Chick-fil-A Covington-Highway 190 where she decided to pursue her dream of becoming a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator. She then went on to work for Chick-fil-A, Inc. leading successful teams across the U.S. as a Grand Opening Supervisor and Interim Manager before being selected as an Owner/Operator in 2016.
