Delaware North Travel and Hospitality is hiring a full-time Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Lexington Airport in Lexington, Kentucky. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading team members to provide exceptional guest service.

160 hours of PTO (4 weeks of paid time off in the first year)

Responsibilities

• Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
• Manage labor and profit loss
• Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
• Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary

Qualifications

• Experience working in a restaurant required
• Kitchen management is necessary.
• Minimum of 2 years\' of supervisory experience preferred
• Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
• May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season
