Job Description
Harvey\xe2\x80\x99s Grill and Bar is a upscale casual dining restaurant serving unique dishes in a trendy atmosphere. Harvey\xe2\x80\x99s currently has an opportunity for Line Cook and Dishwasher positions to work in a high volume professional kitchen. We offer starting pay up to $14 an hour for experience. If you are looking to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment where your work is appreciated and individuals are respected, this is the job for you. Job duties include:
- Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
- Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
- Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods
- Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
- Handle and store ingredients and food
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Kitchen: 1 year (Preferred)
