Job Description
Summary Kitchen staff are responsible for preparing food items according to our standards of quality, consistency and timeliness. Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet customers when they pick up their food
- Prepare food to order and responds to additional requests by preparing orders to their specifications
- Direct customers to utensils, buzzer drop off
- Complete assigned prep tasks
- Keep kitchen area clean
- Take out trash
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Ensures compliance with all health codes and requirements
- Maintains stocking (re-stocking) and organization of work area daily
- Completes prep tasks as needed in accordance with recipe, procedure, quality and speed standards
- Contributes to positive food costs by utilizing established best practices
- Maintains food storage, receiving, stocking and rotation.
