The ideal candidate must promote a positive working environment and must be able to adapt to existing staff and train new staff of company policy and procedures. Is professional at all times, energetic, and has basic knowledge of Human Resources.
Experience:
-Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role, cash handling, and must be able to prove skills and behaviors consistent with leading personnel
-Must have experience with inventory management, Cost of Sales
-Must have prior experience and current knowledge of setting pars and creating a food/supplies order
-Must have the ability to accurately prep, cook, and plate food in a fast paced environment
-Must have knowledge of catering, banquet, and homestyle food menu such as, veggie platters, cook to order steaks, vegetables, ham, turkey, and chicken.
-Must be available all shifts, Day or night, holidays, and weekends.
-High School Diploma required
