The Kitchen Lead will work directly with the Kitchen Manager and/or other managers to ensure a sucessful work day. This person must be able to follow directions and be self-driven. The Kitchen Lead must be a self-starter.
Job duties may include but are not limited to:
Working multiple stations each
Conducting daily line checks
Following food safety
Able to give direction to your team respectfully
Completing all daily tasks given by Kitchen Manager
Training Staff
Prepping food
Assisting with ordering and inventory
