Job Summary

We are a customer-first organization seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Design Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing kitchens in 2020 Design software across multiple cabinet lines. Working in the showroom, you will be greeting customers, helping them select cabinetry, flooring, tile and hardware to meet their needs.

Duties

Assist showroom customers to design kitchens, select finishes and work with them to get accurate pricing for their projects Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom, ensuring all areas are sanitized and well-kept. Collaborate with team members to build effective workflows that enhance sales and design efficiency Support our clients - homeowners, designers, and contractors - in their efforts by providing input on layout design Utilize basic math skills to ensure accurate estimates Engage with customers to provide information about cabinetry, flooring and other retail items in the showroom Contribute to design discussions, ensuring that the kitchen layout and aesthetics align with the client's desired look and layout. Ensure that the layout will work within the measurements and all necessary details are accounted for in the order.

Qualifications

Experience with Design 2020 (or equivalent software) is required A positive attitude, friendly presence, teamwork mentality, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with kitchen sales and kitchen design across cabinet lines and styles Very strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain an orderly workspace Basic math skills for accurate measurement and estimation Ability to drive, reliable transformation, and the willingness to visit client homes as needed Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds
