Requirements for Position:

Exceptional organizational skills, time management, ability to manage multiple projects at a time, and work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication, attentiveness, responsiveness, customer service, and follow-through skills. Motivated self-starter who takes initiative and is willing to contribute towards the collaborative process. Superb design sense, strong space planning skills, confident aesthetic vision, and a good understanding of technical details. Ability to thoroughly measure and survey existing conditions and convert measurements into working drawings. Comfortable discussing budget and reviewing pricing with clients. Strong presentation skills and ability to sell a design concept. Experience in design, and space planning with a minimum of 3 years required with kitchen design experience a plus. Proficient in design software, CAD, preferably 2020 kitchen design program. Knowledge of, and ability to learn new technologies. Enthusiastic and passionate about design.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients from the initial visit, through the design process, installation, and completion. Design space based on the client's requirements, budget, and appliance selections. Prepare and present detailed drawings and 3d renderings of proposed design. Finalize contracts and convert the design to detailed factory orders. Support project management and resolving issues that may arise during installation/construction. Provide clients with excellent customer service and promote referral business. Assist in keeping the showroom neat and orderly.
