Overview

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Kitchen Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong, proven background in sales, kitchen design, layout planning, with the ability to create customized kitchen solutions that meet clients' aesthetic and functional needs.

This is a leadership role that offer a flexible schedule in a professional environment, collaborating with clients and team members to quickly deliver high-end kitchen designs.

The Kitchen Designer will utilize their expertise in sales, construction, lighting design, and merchandising to enhance our showroom experience and drive sales.

Responsibilities

Visit clients at their homes for measurements and design consultation to, first understand their needs/goals and budget for kitchen remodeling projects. Develop detailed layout designs using 2020 design software, incorporating cabinetry, and countertops for material selections. Present design concepts to clients through product demos, visualizations, and detailed proposals. Negotiate project scope, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage account relationships through effective communication skills and organizational skills to ensure repeat business and referrals. Assist with product merchandising and maintain showroom displays to highlight current trends in high-end kitchen design. Coordinate with installation teams during remodeling or renovation projects, as needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions regarding lighting sales, remodeling options, and maintenance requirements. Utilize 2020 systems for sales orders and processing within Company's sales parameters.

Qualifications

Proven experience in kitchen/bathroom design remodeling; experience with renovation or construction projects is a plus. Proficiency in 2020 software. Strong outside sales skills with experience in high-end sales environments. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to upsell effectively. Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse clientele. Knowledge of retail sales processes, able to take clients through prescribed path. Exceptional communication skills--both verbal and written--in English; additional languages are a plus. Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with Kitchen Design retail calculations for pricing strategies and product demos to showcase cabinet features effectively. Must be passionate about Sales, Design building relationships with Customers to create beautiful functional spaces that delight and transform the lives of our clients!
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
