Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation
: Prepare menu items following Dairy Queen recipes and procedures to ensure food quality and safety standards are met.Cooking
: Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens to cook various items on the menu, including burgers, fries, and chicken.Cleaning
: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and food preparation areas, including cleaning grills, countertops, sinks, and floors are according to company health and safety guideline.Customer Service Support
: Assist in assembling orders and packaging food for customers, ensuring orders are correct and delivered in a timely manner.Teamwork
: Work collaboratively with other kitchen crew members to ensure smooth and efficient operation.Skills and Qualifications:
Experience
: Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. We do provide on-the-job training.Physical Stamina
: Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environmentTeam-Oriented
: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and be adaptable to different situationsAttention to Detail
: Ability to follow instructions and prepare food and treats to meet Dairy Queen's quality standardsPersonal transportation is a requirement.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal, Temporary
Base Pay: From $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
