Position Type: full timeReporting to the Director of KCH, the KCH Program Coordinator will be responsible for the following: Supporting program oversight and planning for youth ages 5-16 in the KCH program at the Central Clubhouse Engaging with and supporting the transition of youth from KCH to our teen program servicesOversight and coordination of transportation in conjunction with Transportation CoordinatorOversight and marketing, recruitment and facilitation of programsSupport meal delivery in the Child and Adult Care Food Program and Summer food Service Program Work with multiple partners on BGC and community initiativesJob responsibilitiesIn collaboration with program staff, oversee and supervise school aged youth at the Central Clubhouse. Create and implement programs that target the Boys & Girls Clubs primary outcomes (Healthy Lifestyles, Character & Leadership and Academic Success)Manage behaviors within assigned pod by utilizing restorative practices, reinforcement and discipline when necessaryCreate an emotionally safe environment for all membersCreate a strong sense of belonging in the club through recognition and community-building effortsDesign and implement programs each weekProvide support in maintaining accurate member files, data entry, and other reporting for members. Participate in strategic planning to improve the quality of services, recruit and retain participants and generate revenue.Intentionally outreach to socio-economically diverse youth to become the place of choice for all children and youth identify and respond to the mental and behavioral health needs of youth, with a focus on prevention through direct service and community collaboration Provide assistance in the preparation, recruitment, training and operations for all campers ages 5+As per request, participate on committees/workgroups when requested. Pursue community/school-based partnerships to provide greater access to more children and youth and to help meet BGC and Communitys top prioritiesTerms of Employment: Physical Requirements/Work Environment: Sitting, standing, active up and down within area.

Terms of Employment: The position is full time 40 hours per week in programming. Afterschool/evening hours during the school year and morning/afternoon during the summer season.
