What you should know: The Keyholder assists the Store Manager with daily operations of a shoe store in order to maximize sales and maintain operational company standards. \xc2\xb7 Management/supervisory skills required. \xc2\xb7 Retail experience preferred. \xc2\xb7 Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. \xc2\xb7 Must have a passion for excellent customer service. \xc2\xb7 Must be available various hours, including nights and weekends. \xc2\xb7 Must be able to operate company computer systems.
