Key Account Specialist


This position is responsible for supporting the activities of the Key Accounts/Chains department by providing administrative and clerical assistance to the KAM team and performing administrative duties as assigned.


Responsibilities

Execute company programs and policies to ensure accurate and timely sales department operations. Collaborate with the Director of Chains and sales team to develop, maintain, and distribute reports required by breweries as needed. Process and communicate pricing and cost updates to all necessary retailers Organize and troubleshoot scanning and technical issues as it relates to off-premise retailers Perform various administrative and clerical tasks supporting the sales team. Assist the sales team with computer application and hardware-related issues. Support routine use of computer equipment, software, and systems. Conduct regular system backups and manage on-site/off-site data storage. Perform data recovery procedures as needed. Participate in company training to enhance knowledge of personal computer technology and related software. Engage in continuous learning opportunities through reading, online courses, and other educational resources.

Qualifications

Excellent problem-solving skills. High sense of urgency for time-sensitive tasks. Familiarity with technical and desktop support concepts, practices, and procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent administrative computer skills. Excellent attention to detail. * Strong adaptation to change.
