Hours-

Most days average 3-5hrs(depending on speed of individual) but can occasionally hit 10hrs depending on work requirements. Will be compensated for a full days work regardless of how many hours worked.

Company is a 24hr service. Occasional overnight is expected but you would be informed in advance. Daily start time is flexible.

Pay-

Pay rate is $175 per day plus tips and performance incentives.

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Junk Removal Driver to join our team. This role involves safely operating commercial vehicles, such as 16ft box trucks, to pick up and deliver junk removal services across designated routes. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving, heavy lifting, and customer service, ensuring efficient and professional service for our clients. Prior warehouse experience, forklift or pallet jack skills are a plus. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles safely across assigned routes Load and unload junk items efficiently using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks when necessary Assist customers with their junk removal needs in a courteous and professional manner Drive route to pick up and deliver items according to schedule, ensuring timely service Perform heavy lifting and moving of items, adhering to safety protocols Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle and work area at all times Complete all necessary documentation related to pickups, deliveries, and route logs Follow all traffic laws and company policies during route driving

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a reletively clean driving record Experience in commercial driving, delivery driving, or courier services preferred Prior experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles is desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical moving tasks safely Warehouse experience or familiarity with forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients Reliable route driving skills with excellent time management abilities Physical ability to load, unload, lift heavy items, and perform manual tasks throughout the day Prior experience in junk removal or related fields is advantageous but not required
This role is vital in providing exceptional service while maintaining safety standards on the road and at job sites.
