Compensation & Perks

Total Compensation: $23-$28/hr

Starting Pay:

$19.00-$20.00/hr
+

Daily Tips (Cash + Card)

Monthly Bonuses:

$250-$800/month (after 3 months)
+

$500 Driver Sign-On Bonus!

(Must be approved as a driver and complete 3 months of driving)

Raise eligibility 6 months after training

? What You'll Be Doing

Partner with a teammate to complete junk removal jobs Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Deliver excellent customer service at every stop
Drive company trucks (no experience needed - we train!)

? What We're Looking For

Age 21+

with a valid,

clean driver's license

Dependable and punctual
Able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and stay active all day
Positive attitude and willingness to learn - we'll teach the rest!
