Short Video Editor (Junior Level)
who loves the fast-moving world of social video and knows how to craft visually engaging, platform-native content for TikTok and other social channels.
Position Overview
The
Junior Short Video Editor
will play a key role in shaping how brands show up across social platforms. You'll edit and produce short-form content that captures attention, tells a story, and drives engagement. Working closely with our creative and production teams, you'll turn ideas and brand strategies into scroll-stopping videos that connect with audiences in an authentic way.
Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos using
CapCut
and other tools to deliver high-quality, trend-aligned content
Add transitions, text overlays, captions, and sound effects to elevate the storytelling
Collaborate with creative producers and campaign teams to bring concepts from storyboard to final cut
Keep up with TikTok and Reels trends--editing styles, filters, music, and pacing--and apply them creatively
Assist with shoots or b-roll when needed to support production flow
Manage multiple edits at once and deliver on schedule with precision and consistency
Qualifications
1-2 years of hands-on experience in short-form video editing or digital content creation
Proficient in
CapCut
; knowledge of
Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
is a plus
Professional fluency in
Mandarin Chinese and English
Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and visual flow
Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts formats and storytelling styles
Basic camera or photography experience is a bonus
