As an Junior Sales Representative, you'll receive training to master our sales and marketing approach and full range of wireless and home services. As a Junior Sales Representative, you'll engage new customers, identify needs, and deliver personalized solutions that reflect AT&T's commitment to service excellence. As the first point of contact, you'll drive new sales and service activations while building lasting customer relationships through our innovative, direct marketing campaign. Key Responsibilities of theJunior Sales Representative
Actively engage with potential customers directly through a lead-based, residential marketing campaign to start positive, professional conversations about Verizon's telecommunications solutions.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend and sell tailored Verizon services, including wireless, internet, TV, and home phone packages.
Deliver dynamic product demonstrations to highlight the features, benefits, and value of Verizon's offerings.
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs for new AT&T customer acquisition.
Accurately document all sales activities, customer interactions, and account details in the CRM system.
Represent the Verizon brand with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
OurJunior Sales Representatives participate in ongoing training and coaching to strengthen Verizon product knowledge and refine their marketing and sales skills.
Minimum Qualifications of theJunior Sales Representative
High School Diploma or GED required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is considered an asset.
Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in Canada.
1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, marketing or other client-facing roles preferred, but not required.
Motivated entry-level candidates with a competitive mindset and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly convey the value of AT&T products and services.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel throughout North York and surrounding areas as assigned.
