Overview

As Junior Electrical Engineer at INFICON, you will be assisting Engineers and Senior Engineers with analyzing, designing, developing and testing complex analog and mixed-signal circuits. As an individual, we are looking for you to be a highly motivated with a wide degree of creativity and the ability to work on multiple projects with exciting and unique tasks in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will be expected to contribute to new products development and support current products.

Job Duties:

  • Ability to contribute to various project phases, analysis, design, test, repair and upgrade.
  • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot problem.
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic, iterative, fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to build effective internal relationships with colleagues; work both inter-departmentally and cross-functionally as needed for project assignments
  • Familiar with electronics test equipment, scopes, spectrum analyzers and multi-meters etc.
Education and Background:
  • A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or a master\'s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 0 to 3 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer or similar
  • Some design knowledge in digital, analog, DACs, ADCs, microcontrollers, RF
  • Familiar with simulation/modeling tools such as LTSPICE, MATLAB
  • Familiar with CAD tools.
  • Familiar with bench and system-level integration/debug/troubleshooting experience.
  • Must be a team player with good communication and organizational skills
