Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate
a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed monthly goals.
Make outbound calls
to prospects and past customers to set appointments.
Close deals aggressively
while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Handle all types of customers with professionalism and confidence.
Structure deals, manage the desk, and ensure profitability on every transaction.
Train and coach sales staff on best practices for phone skills, appointment setting, and closing techniques.
Monitor and manage inventory for both new and pre-owned vehicles.
Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards.

Qualifications:
Proven success as an Automotive Sales Manager or Desk Manager.
Strong ability to
make calls, set appointments, and close deals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a

Experience in used car management preferred.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
