What You'll Do

? Oversee residential new construction and remodel projects with a focus on elevator

shaftway construction.

? Work directly with general contractors, their superintendents, and multiple trades to

ensure shaftways are built to spec.

? Conduct site inspections and verify readiness before elevator ordering.

? Manage project schedules, quality control, and safety compliance.

? Collaborate with Celtic Elevator's installation team for smooth project handoff.

? Travel between job sites across Arizona.

? Communicate clearly with clients and maintain accurate documentation.

? Lead by example -- structured, confident, and always improving.

What We're Looking For

? 5+ years' experience as a Superintendent or similar role in residential construction

(new builds and remodels).

? Strong understanding of structural framing, layout, and construction sequencing.

? Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades on active job sites.

? Knowledge of building codes and safety standards.

? Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage multiple job sites independently.

? A team player who takes pride in quality and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
