Job Coach

to support individuals in achieving meaningful, community-based employment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working one-on-one with people, building relationships with local employers, and helping individuals succeed in the workplace.

What You'll Do

Work directly with individuals to support their employment goals Provide on-the-job coaching, training, and support Build and maintain relationships with employers and community partners Monitor progress and implement services as outlined in each individual's plan Maintain professional boundaries and advocate for client rights Report health and safety concerns and maintain confidentiality Communicate regularly with supervisors and attend staff meetings Work a flexible schedule based on client needs

What You'll Need

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance Experience in human services or employment support preferred (training provided) Basic computer skills Strong communication and relationship-building skills
