Sales Coordinator

to join. The ideal candidate is someone who is has Japanese language skill (JLPT N3 - N1 level).

Responsibilities for Japanese / English Bilingual

Sales Coordinator:

Establish a thorough understanding of product line features and benefits Develop in-depth clinical knowledge of mechanical components and the manufacture industry Build relationships with new business and account manage for clients satisfaction Provide product demonstrations and technical support Assist with implementing provided business plans and effectively present them in order to facilitate the purchase of the products Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience Provide administrative requests from such as CRM, expense reports, and sales reports Contribute positively to the sales team through communication and sharing Other task that are assigned by the Office Manager and the Sales Manager

Requirements for Sales Support / Sales Representative:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or International Business, Japanese, East Asian Culture and/or related discipline Bilingual in both Japanese and English (JLPT N3-N1 Level) 1-2 previous Sales /Account Manager experience in the manufacturer setting is a plus Strong attention to detail for administration task Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with proven ability to "multi-task" and problem-solve You are a leader amongst your peers and understand the importance of developing and maintaining cohesive team relationships Quick-thinking and adaptive Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Direct sales background recommended but not required While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.*

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
