Summary
We are seeking a reliable Janitor to join our team at All Over Janitorial Services, Inc. in Mobile, AL. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service and quality.
Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and waxing as required.
Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
Assist with special projects or deep cleaning as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles is preferred.
Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with floor care processes such as buffing and waxing is a plus.
Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members.
