Janitorial Cleaner

Location: Augusta/ Evans

Pay: $10.00 per hour

Hours: 15 hours per week

Wednesday: 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Friday: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Saturday: 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM

(Hours may change slightly during training process only)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaner for our commercial clients. This position involves working independently during after-hours to perform various cleaning tasks according to customer-specific checklists. The ideal candidate will be thorough, attentive to detail, and able to consistently deliver quality cleaning!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting, changing trash, restocking tissue, paper towel, hand soap etc.

Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly to meet quality standards.

Transport cleaning supplies to and from job sites.

Maintain responsibility for cleaning equipment and all supplies issued.

Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning materials that will be provided.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old.

Must pass a background check prior to employment (conditional offer).

Reliable transportation to and from work

Have enough space in vehicle to transport cleaning supplies.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong attention to detail and good cleaning practices.

Quick learning and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Ability to lift, bend, twist, turn, climb stairs, carry 15-20 pounds etc.

Training:

Training will last for one week with immediate hands on work, focusing on mastering cleaning procedures and checklist requirements. By the end of the training period, candidates should be fully capable of performing all job duties satisfactory. Experience is preferred but not required.
