About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Janitorial Operations Manager to oversee multiple locations at night, with a strong background in hospitality/food and beverage/property maintenance combined with a verifiable background in account management, business development, operations management, and customer relations.



Main responsibilities:

• Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, profitability and management, etc.)
• Assist the team with any duties to ensure they stay on schedule
• Drive strategic growth and profitability initiatives.
• Ensure high quality service levels and strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Verifies that the team has the capabilities to meet expectations.

• 5 years of experience in operations in the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to drive sales, profitability and customer relations.
• Ability to negotiate vendor and client contracts and to hold teams accountable to them.
• Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred.
