Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Performs the following functions at or/an average of 30,000 sq. ft. floor area: Floor: buff floors, clean carpet, and strip wax from floors. Dust mop daily, wet mop entire area when bugging. Move and replace furniture in campus facilities. Clean bathrooms daily. Inspect assigned buildings to ensure cleanliness and sanitization; follows guidelines set by Blood-borne Pathogen Plan Standards.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
One year custodial or housekeeping experience that is directly related to the area of employment. Knowledge of how to properly carry out custodial or housekeeping tasks. Knowledge of safety practices relevant to the area of equipment.

If selected for an interview you must provide verification of your highest level of education (i.e., copy of BA degree, high school diploma, college transcripts) and if applicable, licensure and/or certification (i.e., nursing licensure, teacher licensure, bus driving certification).
