We are looking for a part-time IT Student/Trainee motivated to learn the fundamentals of IT and gain experience by assisting DocuWare\'s helpdesk team in Beacon, NY. This is a hybrid position, where some work can be done from home (if you\'d like!). You will be helping end users in-person, as well as remotely with colleagues across the United States and in Germany.

Your Responsibilities

• Resolving issues presented by employees to our helpdesk system
• Troubleshooting various problems within a Microsoft-based environment
• Deploying peripherals and other hardware to employees
• Dispatching laptop repair technicians through Dell
• Setting up new computers
• Setting up employees\' desks
• Installing hardware and software
• Adding to and improving our technical documentation

What you need to succeed

• CompTIA A+ certification (preferred)
• Excellent problem solving skills
• A willingness to learn
