- Hourly pay: $30/hr
- Worksite: Leading university (Stanford, CA 94305 - Hybrid, Open to remote candidates in the United States)
- W2 Employment, Retirement Savings Program
- 20 hours/week, 11 Month Assignment, Possible conversion
IT Technical Writer Responsibilities:
- Organise material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, online accessibility, and terminology.
- Design and format publications, and coordinate printing and distribution of technical documents.
- May assist in layout work.
- Monitor and resolve help tickets.
- 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills in addition to relevant technical knowledge.
- Good working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Good working knowledge of content management systems such as Drupal.
- Good working knowledge of Google Workspace and Adobe Creative tools.
- 20 hours per week/4 hours per day.
- Flexible within California business hours (8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., one-hour lunch included).
