Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows systems, hardware, software, and networks.
Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, barcode scanners, and warehouse technology.
Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
Manage user accounts, password resets, and system access.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT support requests and solutions.
Assist in IT onboarding for new hires by setting up accounts and workstations.
Occasionally work on-site in warehouse environments to troubleshoot IT issues.
Travel as needed to support remote locations or special IT projects.
