Global Science & Technology, Inc. (GST) is seeking an experienced Network/IT Support Specialist to join our team supporting State IT Support Projects.
Position Summary:
The entry/mid-level IT Support Specialist provides phone, remote administration, and on-site support for desktops, PC servers, printers, switches, firewalls, routers, and wireless equipment.

• Remote, phone, and on-site hardware troubleshooting
• Network troubleshooting
• Hardware installation and configuration
• Software installation and configuration
• Dell, Cisco, and SonicWall hardware installation and configuration
• NAS install and configuration

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

• A.S. or B.S. degree in a technical field or equivalent industry or military experience
• A+, Network+, Security+ or equivalent experience
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Salary at GST is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of the GST total compensation package for employees.
