Job functions \xc2\xb7 Maintain facility\xe2\x80\x99s IT environment to ensure business continuity and progression. \xc2\xb7 Prepare relevant and concise written status update reports within established timeframe for IT team leads. \xc2\xb7 Liaison between the site clients/stakeholders and the rest of the IT team and their leads. \xc2\xb7 Install, configure, and deploy software/hardware. \xc2\xb7 Establish vendor relations and perform purchasing comparisons for goods and services. \xc2\xb7 Collaboration to perform maintenance activities such as upgrades, system patching, and backups. \xc2\xb7 Act as a link between end-users and higher tier advanced support as needed. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and service providers to ensure best possible outcome based on economics, schedule, and solution provided terms. \xc2\xb7 Ensure established policies and procedures are followed and adhered to while communicating anomalies accordingly. \xc2\xb7 Provide input and guidance towards the implementation of IT solutions. \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate licensing, inventory, and maintenance contracts. \xc2\xb7 Assist with budgeting, including the purchase of new equipment and software and consequent billing review. \xc2\xb7 Ensure accurate and up to date records between local and online portal systems. \xc2\xb7 Promote continued utilization of IT service management solutions. Other Qualifications \xc2\xb7 Past role as IT manager or similar position. \xc2\xb7 Experience with federal projects. \xc2\xb7 Project and time management skills. \xc2\xb7 Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional attention to detail. \xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational and coordination abilities. \xc2\xb7 BS/BA in information technology or computer science is preferred. \xc2\xb7 Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Job Type: Full-time Benefits:
