IT Help Desk Clerk answers calls and documents, assigns and follows up on all help desk tickets. Will respond to support queries and help with setting up various electronic equipment throughout Kymera's clinics. Assists IT Techs with day-to -day tasks and provide technical support to all departments within the scope of knowledge.
Candidates seeking employment in this position must have a High-School or General Equivalency Diploma, possess computer skills, and have good phone etiquette. Understanding of Electronic Medical Records systems preferred.
