We are seeking a skilled IT Desktop Support & CRM Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop systems and managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that IT infrastructure is optimized and that users have the necessary tools and support to perform their jobs effectively.
Duties
Provide first-level technical support for desktop users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and user accessibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective IT solutions.
Administer system architecture, including RAID controllers, load balancing, and virtualization technologies such as VMware and Kubernetes.
Support IT infrastructure by managing operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking (DNS, DHCP), and information security protocols (firewalls, VPN).
Develop scripts for automation using Bash (Unix shell), Python, or PowerShell to enhance system performance.
Participate in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) by assisting in system design and solution architecture.
Ensure compliance with best practices in DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD processes.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server) and APIs (RESTful API).
Provide training and support to end-users on various applications and systems.
Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in IT support roles with a focus on desktop support and CRM administration.
Familiarity with service-oriented architecture, microservices, and agile methodologies.
Hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript or Java is beneficial.
Experience with system administration tasks across various platforms including UNIX/Linux environments.
