Seeking a strategic thinker to build and maintain strong partnerships between IT and agency business units. The role involves managing escalations, aligning technology initiatives with business goals, and supporting continuous delivery of IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary IT liaison with agency leadership and district offices. Manage escalations related to IT projects, services, and procurements. Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure smooth delivery of services. Develop and maintain multi-year business capability roadmaps. Coordinate priorities with project, service, and operations managers. Identify opportunities for service improvements and innovation. Ensure alignment with IT policies, standards, and strategic goals.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of related experience. 5+ years of experience in IT (SDLC, Agile, procurement). 10+ years in stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution. Strong strategic thinking, influence, and relationship-building skills. Experience in product line planning and management.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
