Responsibilities

The Business Analyst is responsible for the budgeting, month-end analysis, position control management, and financial support for the IT service line. This position will also provide guidance to the IT operational leadership team on how to analyze their financial operations, and how to utilize the various financial tools to ensure they are able to effectively manage their departments. This position also serves as a liaison between the corporate finance team and the IT finance team.

The Business Analyst will be expected to work collaboratively with the IT finance team to develop the tools necessary to support the IT service line, while also being available as a backup to other team members on the team.

The position requires a Bachelor\'s Degree with relevance to the area of focus, and at least seven (7) years of experience in the field will be considered. Familiarity with a variety of Healthcare and/or IT finance concepts, practices, tools, and procedures is essential. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to develop, plan and accomplish goals/tasks defined. Performs a variety of tasks, including month-end analysis and reporting, serves as technical support for financial tools, budgeting, position control and other ad hoc duties. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Provides System reliability support and issue support for multiple financial systems. This position will report to the Executive Director of IT Business Management. This Business Analyst will be required to complete all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Education:

• High school diploma, Required
• Bachelor\'s Degree, Required

Required Minimum Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area in lieu of a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree will be considered. Required
• Minimum 5 years Healthcare or IT finance experience. Required
