SUMMARY This position will help the AutoZone Information Technology team manage the multitude of agreements and contracts. This position will be apart of a team to help identify and drive cost efficiencies and remove unnecessary waste in the process of sourcing outside IT services and goods. This team will interface closely with project teams, the finance business partners, and the legal team. Responsibilities:
- Manages all the IT master contracts and statements of work
- Establishes standard rates and terms for repeat services
- Assists with sourcing contingent workers and other technology suppliers as required
- Assists with establishing strategic relationships with key vendors and stakeholders to optimize AutoZone\xe2\x80\x99s effectiveness and profitability
- Identifies resource management opportunities across the portfolio of IT projects
- Establishes project governance standards and reporting
- Works closely with the finance business partners to ensure that work is properly funded, reported, and meets contractual obligations.
- Communicates status of activities with teams, peers, management, and business partners
- Selects, develops, and motivates assigned staff
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration or Equivalent experience
- Typically requires 8-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience based on consistently demonstrated capabilities
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Experience using data modeling tools, i.e., Excel, Tableau, WebFocus, etc.
- Proficient knowledge of negotiating and sourcing processes
- Ability to analyze, summarize, and present data and overall recommendations
- Proficient knowledge of project management skills
- Proficient knowledge of working with legal agreements and contracts
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Presentation, facilitation and writing skills
