Responsibilities:

Identify, recruit, and manage Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) and brokers within the Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) industry Serve as the primary liaison for ISOs, providing professional support, timely updates, and effective communication throughout the funding process Review and evaluate deals for quality, ensuring alignment with company funding guidelines Collaborate with underwriting and management to drive quality deal flow Track performance metrics and develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and other industry-related functions

Experience:

Proven success in ISO management, business development, or B2B sales within the MCA industry Established network of ISO and broker relationships is strongly preferred Deep understanding of MCA processes from lead generation to funding Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities effectively Driven, professional, and goal-oriented with a focus on long-term business partnerships
