Overview:
Location: St. Louis, MO Department: Sales Reports To: Corporate Account Manager- International


Your Role: The International Sales Associate will work to grow sales with international customers, primarily via virtual, phone, and email interaction. This individual will be responsible for growing profitable volume at customers via regular virtual interaction. They will be part of a team to identify and onboard prospective customers. Additional duties include:

• 
  Broker and direct representative management
• CRM system management
• Marketing communication with manufacturers and customers
• Other duties as assigned
• Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.

Role Specifics:

• Travel \xe2\x80\x93 occasional overnight travel (1-2 nights per month). Must have the ability to independently travel as needed, without restriction, by all modes of transportation, including car, plane or train for customer/vendor calls, training or meetings.

Qualifications:

• High self-discipline and effective time management
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
• Effective professional written and verbal communication skills
• A strong presence and acumen with virtual communication
• Fluency (written and verbal) in Spanish
