Job Description

My client is looking for a superintendent to join their team based out of Washington DC!
As the Interior Superintendent, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of a 20,000 sqft academic renovation project, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and safety compliance.
Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing subcontractors and site logistics
  • Coordinating with the Lead Superintendent and project team
  • Overseeing interior finishes and small site work
  • Maintaining project schedules and look-aheads
  • Ensuring safety and quality standards are met

You're a seasoned Interior Superintendent who thrives in fast-paced environments and can independently manage interior projects up to $3-5M.
Must-Haves:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
  • Proven success managing interior renovation projects independently
  • Strong scheduling and coordination skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a Lead Superintendent
