SUMMARY
Trail & Hitch RV Park and Trailhead Cabins & Lodging is currently looking for a reliable, outgoing, motivated temporary manager to join our team! This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Properties during the General Manager's maternity leave. The Interim Manager responsibilities will conclude upon the General Manager's return, but for the right candidate there may be opportunities to continue employment. Responsibilities include hiring and coordinating staff, interfacing with guests, overseeing daily operations including but not limited to: Management of housekeeping staff, Management of maintenance staff, Arrival and Departure duties and ensuring our guests are receiving the highest quality service possible.
The intended Hiring timeframe for this Position will be April 2026 through August 2026. 25-40 hours a week, does not exceed 12 months.
COMPENSATION:
During training, compensation will be paid at $22.00 an hour. After training when the general manager steps away for maternity leave, compensation will be paid at $27.00 an hour.

Provide leadership and support to the onsite team to ensure smooth operations during the interim period
Manage day to day operations of the businesses, including but not limited to arrivals, departures, maintenance, cleaning, guest interaction, staff, and budget.
Hire and manage cleaners, maintenance staff and front desk employees.
Maintain business stability and guest satisfaction throughout employment
Ensure all booking platforms are consistently updated and tracked, verifying that reservation details, availability, and guest information are accurate across all systems.
Document key operational practices, challenges, and successes to support a smooth handoff to the GM
Assist with hiring on needed personnel
Support in managing the restaurant tenants at Trailhead, ensuring positive relationships and that any maintenance or operational needs are handled promptly and effectively
Maintain property presentation standards that align with brand expectations and seasonal needs.
Manage potential and existing bookings through all channels.
Assist with creating promotion and packages to ensure businesses revenue.
Ensure that all physical aspects of the property are, at all times, fully functional and maintained in attractive and operating condition.
Communicating effectively with Four Points Funding Management Group, residents, guests, and staff, ensuring any issues or areas of concern are addressed promptly and thoroughly.
Ensure that all monies owed to the businesses are collected and tracked in a timely manner.
Ensure that all administrative paperwork is accurate, complete and submitted in a timely manner.
Know and comply with all management, local, state and federal laws and codes including safety rules.
Review and reconcile financial statements and invoices for accuracy and transparency
Actively engage with guests to gather feedback and implement quick resolutions to enhance satisfaction
Field and manage inquiries and guest questions/concerns.
Responsible for tracking and ordering supplies to ensure the businesses can operate successfully.
Responsible for monitoring and adhering to businesses budget and staffing assumptions.
Be trained in, able to monitor and answer questions regarding payroll systems.
Participate in weekly meetings with Management.
Support property-specific initiatives or special projects as assigned by Management.
Maintain availability during scheduled or designated hours to meet role responsibilities.
On Call Duties
Management of extended and seasonal stay inquiries
Collection, Tracking and eventual return of seasonal stay deposits
Proform Pre-Arrival and Post Departure inspections of accommodations and units

Supervisory & Training Responsibilities:
Directly supervises 6+ employees.
Responsibilities include participation in interviewing/hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance appraisals; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge and/or skill required.
Education & Experience:
Previous RV Park and management experience preferred.
Prior supervisory/management required.
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Meeker, Colorado. (Required)

Learn all varieties of information pertaining to the area, the activities and to make smart recommendations.
Write routine reports, emails, and correspondence.
Possess a current and valid driver's license, preferred.
Work independently or in a team environment and take direction.
Work until all daily duties are complete, even if this means working more than 8 hours in one shift.
Have, or ability to get, CRP/First Aid/AED Machine certified, preferred.
Ability to get TIPS certified,required.

HYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Be able to work outside in inclement weather and on uneven surfaces.
Be able to stand and work for extended periods of time.
Be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds or more.
