The Company
Rescue is a full-service marketing agency with a mission to make healthy behaviors easier and more appealing. Since our founding in 2001, Rescue has been exclusively focused on researching, developing, and implementing positive social change campaigns in public health. We provide research, strategy, creative, production, web, traditional media, social media, policy change, youth engagement, and experiential marketing services to government, non-profit, and healthcare clients in over 25 states and provinces, as well as to federal government agencies.

Rescue\xe2\x80\x99s health behavior change marketing campaigns focus on topics such as tobacco, obesity, substance and alcohol prevention; the promotion of exercise, eating healthy foods, early childhood development, and after-school programs; and other topics that promote healthy living. Rescue\xe2\x80\x99s behavior change campaigns focus on diverse populations within teen (13 - 17), young adult (18 - 26), and adult (18+) populations in both rural and urban areas, resulting in a wide variety of campaign styles and strategies.

The Job
We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Integrated Marketing Strategisr with experience in communications planning and media strategy. The ideal candidate has a passion for behavior change, and a history of developing data-informed, interconnected communications and media plans/strategies.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Extract and discover meaningful observations and patterns in various datasets to develop actionable communications/media insights.
• Build single-minded communication frameworks that stretch ideas across culture and media.
• Develop interconnected communication plans, inclusive of audience journeys and ecosystems.
• Develop media strategies that connect communication objectives to implementation tactics.
• Partner with strategists and media buyers to ensure strategic alignment, from conception to implementation.
• Partner with the analytics team to create measurement plans that align communications and media with short/mid/long-term behavior change outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• 8 years relevant experience, Bachelor\'s Degree +3 years relevant experience, or Master\'s Degree +1 years relevant experience;
• Ability to plan and organize the work, while always being accountable and adaptable.
• Ability to communicate thoughts while collaborating with the team to carry-out plans and develop new ideas.
• Ability to develop impactful presentations that effectively sell ideas and the work.

Status: Full-time
Pay Range: $65,000-$78,000 per year. Actual compensation is dependent upon a combination of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, level of education, and location.

Environment:
All business-related environments are tobacco-free.

COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate:
All employees hired must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to their first day of employment. This includes employees who telecommute and work remotely. For Pfizer or Moderna, that is two weeks after an employee has received the second dose in a 2-dose primary series. For Johnson and Johnson (J&J)/Janssen, that is two weeks after an employee has received a primary single dose.

Physical Requirements:
Able to remain in a sitting position for prolonged periods of time and stoop, bend, reach, climb stairs, and move freely throughout the building for the performance of duties. Able to read from a computer or laptop monitor for several hours at a time including fonts of various sizes from a variety of sources. Able to travel nationwide as needed to meet with clients, and coworkers, or attend meetings and seminars. Must be able to move boxed work documents (surveys & materials), up to 40 pounds, in and out of the office for travel by car and by air.
